BiopathwayBuilder is a graphic tool for curating molecular interaction networks constructed from the literature by information extraction(IE).

BiopathwayBuilder has been tested on Microsoft Windows 2000/XP. With this demo program, you can see an 80-node network about S. Cerevisiae. You need the following programs to run BiopathwayBuilder.
