
Thank you for trying BiopathwayBuilder. 

* INSTALL & RUN
 1) Unzip the downloaded file to any directory.
 2) Run DatabaseRegister.exe.
 2-1) Enter the path for pathbuilder.mdb.
 2-2) Press the "Install" button.
 3) Run PathBuilder.exe.

 +) Before deleting this program, please make sure 
    that you have unregistered our database. You can 
    unregister our database through "DatabaseRegister.exe"

* Current restrictions on the trial version
 - This demo version only shows an 80-node network on S. Cerevisiae.
 - You may not use your own interaction data.
 - You may not save the modified network.
 - Any other uses of this program for non-educational
   purposes are disallowed.


* Features
 - "Coordination checks" for potentially incorrect interaction 
   parameters. You may try the "Tune" -> "coordination with 
   specific condition" menu sequence.

* For starters,
 - You may want to remove the node labels, by selecting
    "View(V)" -> "Character" -> "View Nothing".
 - You can begin the navigation when the cursor is hand-shaped.
 - In order to move the viewpoint parrallel to the viewing plane, 
   use ctrl+click and drag.
 - If you would like to learn more about a certain node,
   press the "arrow" button which is the topmost one in the menu bar
   on the right, and click on the node.
